Once the final selection for a design is completed Project Management begins.

Project Management

  • We generate proposals / agreements / contracts, followed by any change orders  or addendums.
  • Preparation of purchase orders, stock availability of specifications i.e. furniture, wall coverings, fabrics, etc.
  • Notify client of any out – of – stock/ back ordered materials and make re – selections if necessary.
  • Review all purchase order acknowledgements for correctness and timely ship dates.
  • Contact vendors for status and trouble shoot before problems occur.
  • Maintain up to date filling and status of projects and provide interim billing if necessary.
  • Receive, un- crate and deliver fabrics, furniture, frames, hardware, etc. to work rooms for final production.
  • Inspect items for final installation, make adjustments or changes necessary before  final installation.
  • On- site oversight of major deliveries and installations.
  • Correct placement of furniture, lighting, and accessories at the time of installation.
  • Oversee proper installation of window, walls, flooring, lighting, and other details t bring about a cohesive, well executed design plan.
  • Additional purchases of accessories or items to complete the  final installation.
  • Thoroughly inspect the final installation and note items necessary to complete punch list.
  • Completion of punch list to submit final invoice
