Custom wood valance made by Tom Scott creates an individual look

This is a  wood valance created for a one of a kind look, without  being expensive. A plain 1 x12 was embellished with molding painted white to match the trim in the house and given a luxurious look with gold accent paint, painted on the wood accent trim.  Stationary, lined drapery panels were installed on regular shirring rods under the  wood valance to complete the window treatment in the master bedroom designed by Patricia Scott Interior Resources.
